This original design was created using Mary Maxim Northland yarn, which had 80 yds per skein at that time. But now, with a larger variety of bulky yarns to choose from, you can customize this project to match your unique style. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. We recommend Premier Puzzle Solids with 328 yds/7 oz skeins! Material List: Sz 8 MC (5 skeins), Sz 10 (6 skeins), Sz 12 (7 skeins). All sizes: Reeds (1 skein), Ducks (1 skein). All you need are U.S. sizes 6 (4 mm) and 9 (5.5 mm) needles to begin! Fits children sizes 8-10-12. Wild Duck pattern is also available in Women's/Youth and Men's sizes—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, slip stitch, and colour changes using Fair Isle and coloured-pattern knitting methods.
